Refunds:

In the unlikely event that a product has a manufacturing defect, size issue we do offer exchanges to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter any issues with your purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Exchange:

If you are not satisfied with the size of the product delivered, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product. In case of exchange requests raised due to size issues, reverse and forward shipping will be paid by the customer.

Manufacturing Defects:

If you receive a product with any manufacturing defects, you can request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product. If the exchange is due to any manufacturing defect, we will bear the reverse and shipping charges.

Exchange Request:

In order to raise an exchange request, providing an un-edited package opening video is mandatory.

To initiate an exchange request, please send an email at help@desiu.in with your order number, complete and unedited parcel opening video and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not comply with our policy.
